At Wonderia, we are committed to delivering safe, joyful, and high-quality experiences for children and families. This Warranty Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding defective or damaged products.

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date your product is delivered.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or faults in craftsmanship under normal use and care.

Coverage applies to both made-to-order and regular products, unless specifically excluded.
Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper care, or accidents
Damage from environmental exposure (e.g., heat, humidity, mold, liquids)
Wear and tear from normal usage (scratches, fading, dents, fraying, etc.)
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly
Items received as gifts, giveaways, or promotional items
Commercial or non-personal use of the product

Wonderia products are designed for personal, home use. Use outside that context may void the warranty.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim:

Your full name
Order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos (or video) of the defect
Your preferred remedy (repair, replacement, or refund)

⏳ Claims should be submitted within 30 days of noticing the issue.

We will assess the claim within 5 business days and respond with next steps.

4. Resolution Options

If we confirm a defect covered by this warranty, Wonderia will, at its discretion:

Repair the product (if feasible)
Replace it with the same or similar product
Refund the original purchase amount

In some cases, we may request the product to be returned for inspection before making a final decision.

5. Limitations & Liabilities

This warranty does not cover incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Our liability is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
Wonderia reserves the right to decline a warranty claim if it falls outside the eligibility scope

6. Additional Notes

Products marked as final sale, gift, or promotional carry no warranty
Warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Wonderia or an authorized reseller
Products resold, gifted, or purchased secondhand are not covered
